I can't find my campus on the list on the homepage. What do I do?
If you don't see your university listed on the main homepage, click See More on the right side of the page to see a complete list of universities available on Campussizzle.
I want to edit the post I made last week. How do I change that?
Every time you submit a post, a link is sent to you via e-mail that you must click to activate your post. The same link also takes you to the page containing the Edit and Delete features. Click Edit to make the required changes to your post.
How can I keep my post from moving down the list of posts?
Regular classified posts move down the list as new posts are added by other users. To ensure that your post stays on the top, you need to make it a Sponsored post. A small fee is charged for the same. Your post will be displayed above all the regular classifieds and a thumbnail of any photographs you have included is also displayed next to the post. To sponsor your post, click on the Promote your Post link that appears on the confirmation page after you submit your post.
I submitted my post form, but my post still hasn't appeared on the website. What do I do?
After submitting your post, you must verify it by clicking on the link that we send to the e-mail address you provide us with or reply to the email we send you. Your post will appear on the website only after you have verified it. In case it still hasn't appeared 24 hours after verification, please let us know using the contact form provided, and we will get back to you immediately.
Where will I receive responses to my post?
You must verify your e-mail address by clicking on the link we send you to activate your post. All responses will be sent to your e-mail address or mobile phone based on your preferences.
I have found what I am looking for but I'm still getting responses to my post. How can I make them stop?
You can delete your post from Campussizzle before the expiry period using the link we sent you to verify your post. The link takes you to a page which contains the option to both delete or edit the post.
How long will my post remain on the website?
Regular classifieds posts stay on the website for 45 days after which an e-mail will be sent to you confirming the expiration of your post. You can renew them for another 45 days using a link provided in the mail.
What are billboard ads?
Every campus has a billboard which shows ads to the top left of the page above all ads. Billboard is divided into 30 slots each slot with a timing of 2 seconds. The billboard will be seen on all the pages of your campus except the ad posting page. Make sure the title of your ad is more informative cause only the title of the ad will be displayed here. When a user clicks on your ad he will be directed to a page showing all 30 billboard ads with your ad on the top and he can get further more information like the description.
What type of ads can I post on billboard?
You can post anything or everything you want. Birthday wishes, Congratulations, Achievements, Announcements, Sale, Housing wanted, Job wanted or anything.
Can I get my ad shown on billboard for a longer time or can I use images instead of text?
You can customize your billboard ad. You can display picture instead of matter if you want to or get your ad displayed for extended time or if you want you can get the 30 slots all for yourself if they are available. But this feature is not available online. Please send an email to advertise@campussizzle.com and one of our highly trained tech person will contact you and will help you out.
I came across a post or a discussion thread that is objectionable/miscategorized/fraudulent. What can I do about it?
While we monitor the content regularly to ensure such content is removed immediately, we would appreciate if you could give us a heads up by using the Report Abuse option on the top right of every post or discussion thread. Fill in the brief form to send us a report about the post or thread and we will take necessary action.
